Allegiant Air

United States ยท IATA: G4

Strollers: Not allowed in cabin Car seats: Approved for onboard use Sleep devices: No clear policy

Policies verified March 2026

Allegiant Air is an ultra-budget US carrier with restrictive family policies. There is no preboarding for families (you must pay for priority access), no entertainment, no bassinets, and no changing tables on most aircraft. The one upside is that baby gear flies free. Allegiant works for short, cheap domestic hops where you can survive without amenities, but families with young children should set expectations very low.

No clear policy
