JetBlue does not allow strollers as cabin items, but gate check is free and hassle-free. Your pushchair is courtesy gate-checked at the jetbridge, one per lap infant, and does not count toward your checked bag allowance. The policy is straightforward with no size restrictions for gate check. Just hand it over at the door and pick it up on arrival.

JetBlue requires FAA-approved car seats, and window placement is mandatory unless the entire row is empty. Most JetBlue seats are about 46 cm (18 in) wide, which fits most travel car seats. JetBlue allows both JetKids BedBox and Flyaway Kids Bed during cruise, with the standard rule of stowing during taxi, takeoff, and landing. The airline recommends calling ahead to note your booking.
