Policies verified March 2026

EasyJet is a European budget carrier that performs better than expected for families. While strollers cannot go in the cabin, two baby items fly free and car seats are allowed onboard. The real surprise is the sleep device policy: EasyJet approves Flyaway Kids Bed, JetKids BedBox, and Trunki, which is more permissive than many full-service carriers. A solid option for short-haul European family travel.

EasyJet does not allow strollers in the cabin at all. Your pushchair gets collected at the gate before boarding and placed in the hold. Forward-facing only. Any (FAA, EASA, etc.) certified.

EasyJet allows car seats onboard but only forward-facing. Rear-facing seats are not permitted. The seat must be securable by crew, and the CARES harness is approved for ages 1-4 (10-20 kg). If your infant has their own seat, a car seat is required during takeoff and landing. Check the table below to confirm your model fits EasyJet aircraft seats.
