Singapore Airlines allows compact, foldable strollers in the cabin if the combined dimensions (L+W+H) stay under 115 cm and weight under 7 kg. It counts as your cabin baggage, and must remain closed during the flight. Gate check goes to the baggage belt rather than the aircraft door. Infants can check both a stroller and car seat free with their baggage allowance.
