The Libelle 2 keeps the same 6.2 kg weight and 48x32x20 cm fold as the original while adding some refinements. The one-pull fold mechanism remains the highlight, collapsing quickly enough to manage at the security belt. The updated version has improved wheel suspension, which makes a noticeable difference rolling across uneven airport flooring. It self-stands when folded, keeping it upright in queues.

Overhead bin compatibility is the same as the original Libelle, meaning it fits on most airlines without issue. The dimensions have not changed, so if the original worked for your usual routes, the Libelle 2 will too. Parents who have used both versions report no difference in cabin storage. It remains one of the most affordable strollers that genuinely qualifies as carry-on luggage.
