The Leclerc Baby Magic Fold Plus lives up to its name with a genuinely one-handed fold that takes about two seconds. At 6.6 kg it is easy enough to carry through security, and the automatic lock keeps it compact without fiddling. The 56x47x24 cm folded size is manageable but a touch tall, so you will want to carry it vertically at your side rather than try to sling it over a shoulder.
